The location was perfect, right next to the metro station and within walking distance to many sites. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a toothbrush kit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby had a nice café for coffee and snacks. we would recommend Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir for its great value and convenience.

The hotel's location is a definite positive aspect. Being close to many tourist attractions, such as Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong, allows guests to easily explore the city. the hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making transportation convenient for guests.
Some improvements needed to be made with the front counter staff's attitude, as mentioned in a previous review.

Pleasant staff, the hotel is fairly clean and location exceptional! The place is close to Seoul downtown. Again, it's within walking distance of Bell.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, we had everything we needed close by and the staff was always helpful, arranging taxis and giving us useful information. In the room, we had free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The amenities included tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a TV with a good selection of channels. Also, the housekeeping service and the laundry were excellent.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed with soft pillows. The hotel's location in Myeongdong was convenient, with coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. The staff were fantastic and provided excellent service.

We loved how easy it was to access everything from this hotel, it was near the bus stop and close to all the tourist attractions. Plus, the location was great, it was only a short walk to the metro stations and the shopping areas. The hotel facilities were also excellent, especially the cleanliness and the basic amenities that were available. Lastly, the staff were very kind and warm, it was a pleasure to interact with them.

Great location near public transportation, shopping and dining options. Corner rooms have adequate space for a comfortable stay of up to 5 nights. Breakfast is excellent, and staff are pleasant and helpful. Modern and clean room with necessary amenities. Easy check-out process. 👌
